Mr Lopez sold my condo.
He helped me in purchasing it and went above and beyond helping me negotiate several liens that were on it. It was a foreclosure. He got rid of almost $400,000 worth of liens so that I was able to make a significant profit on it. Then he got the best price when he sold it! He got more than other condos in the same complex. We were able to find a home that was MORE than what we was shooting for, and within our price range, within 2 -3 viewings! He's very knowledgeable about the southeast MI area, up to date on local ordinances, and will not let you make a decision against your best interest. His team is also very responsive and I never went long than 12 hours without a response, no matter the question. Excellent negotiator who will go to war to make sure you are well satisfied.
